Managing Diversity

Participants will be introduced new, innovative methodologies for teaching in different subjects, in cross-curricular projects and for solving real-world problems, all this with the focus on helping them to manage diversity in their classrooms.
For the activites, the participants will be given the opportunity to interact and generate new ideas and to critically evaluate their results. Participants will work within a group instructional setting.
Guidance will be given on current theoretical knowledge without being lecture orientated. Participants will guide, observe, listen, evaluate and provide feedback for each module. Concepts will be examined with regard to cross-curricular awareness.
Activities suitable for special needs children will also be presented, discussed and created. Time is allocated for discussion, feedback and sharing of ideas.
Thus our trainees develop both teaching and language skills during the course.
